Geoff FosterGeoff Foster graduated in 1990 and 1996 with a BS & MS in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Applied Engineering Technology from North Carolina A & T State University. Foster attended the Babcock Graduate School of Business at Wake Forest University and went on to complete his MBA with a concentration in Marketing Management in May 2001.

In 2006, Foster founded Core Technology Molding Corporation where he is the Chief Executive Officer and President. Core has quickly grown and provides parts for BMW Manufacturing to Spartanburg, SC as well as Germany, China, Russia and South Africa. Core Technology recently signed a long-term contract with their newest customer, Merck, with the Vaccines division with their certified Class 10,000 and Class 1,000 Clean Room. Other customers include Newell Rubbermaid and Consolidated Metco. Core also provides parts for Heavy Truck OEMs like Volvo/Mack, Freightliner, Peterbilt, and Kenworth. In 2015, Core Tech was awarded business with Altria, Parker Hannifin, Husqvarna and most recently with BMW as a Tier I supplier providing parts for X5, X3 & X4 SUVs. In 2016, Geoff was invited by the Chancellor to join the Board of Visitors at his alma mater, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Foster is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Applied Engineering Technology and has been one since 2007. Foster is also the faculty advisor for the Society of Plastics Engineers on the North Carolina A & T campus. Foster has been married 24 years and he and his wife have a daughter who is a rising senior (Clemson University) and a son who is a senior in high school in High Point, NC.
